Hunting Fees The South Ranch offers opportunities for both group hunts and day shooters. Group Hunting PackagesGroup packages include lodging, continental breakfast and lunch. - 12 hunters (min.) - $2,700 per day + $225.00 for each hunter over 12. - 50% deposit is required upon making a reservation. - Our cancellation policy is listed to the right on this page. F.A.Q.
Q: Do you accept credit cards for payment?
A: We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express for payment. Unfortunately we do not accept Discover Card at this time.
Q: If lodging is sold out at the Cibola Sportsman's Club, is there a place nearby where we could stay overnight?
A: Yes. We also have R.V. Hook-ups available for a small fee and motels are available in Blythe, CA, just 16 miles north of our club.
Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?
A: The Cibola Sportsman's Club requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking reservations. Should an individual or group need to cancel their reservation for any reason, they must do so no less than 14 days prior to their reservation date(s) in order to be eligible for a refund of their deposit. If any individual or group does not cancel their reservation 14 days prior to their booking date, they will forfeit their deposit without exception.
